Why wont my laptop connect to my at&t wireless modem?
Well it’s been like this for about a month. But my mom’s laptop(which I use for mic for gaming like AA3) won’t connect to our wireless modem. The password is correct, the signal is strong, but it won’t connect. I’ve restarted the computer many times. And it connects to any other wireless modem. like the bingo hall’s. Please help.

Try reseting the power on the modem and routeer if you have one. If that doesn’t work, there is a little hole at the back of the modem, put a pin in that hole for about 10 seconds and pull out. The modems settings will reset and you can connect without password if you want because the settings will reset back to default. To reconfigure security, find a manual or call at&t.
