Why shouldnt Obama and the EPA mess with Texas?

On behalf of the State of Texas, we write to inform you that Texas has neither the authority nor the intention of interpreting, ignoring or amending its laws in order to compel the permitting of greenhouse gas emissions."

Where in the Consitution does it give the Federal Gov’t the right to impose their greenhouse gas law????? and dont say interstate commerce or general welfare.

I bet they felt the same way about BP and the Gulf oil leak. How dare the Federal government come down hard on the poor British.
As well as Vioxx, bad beef, poison pet food, toxic drywall, Salmonella tainted peanuts and pistachios, Goldman Sachs deliberately selling bad mortgages as "Grade A" paper among other things.
I have no problem with people willingly consuming poison food and drugs. I have a problem when they want me to be a part of their stupidity and self destruction. And pay for the privilege.
