You can buy a USB wireless adapter at any local computer or electronics store; Here in the United States, we have Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City, and many others. You can get them for rather cheap prices, but depending on what activities the PC will be used for, you might not want to get the cheapest. If you’re just using it for e-mails, and web-surfing, you can deal with the cheapest you can find. But if you play online games, and want to watch movies online, such as on Youtube, or use Peer-2-Peer/Torrents, you’ll want a higher end.
I’d recommend however, simply installing a new Networking card. It is one of the easiest parts of a computer to install. It will permanently make your computer wireless, and will be internal. They work much faster, as they are attached directly to your motherboard. You can also find these at any of the above listed places, or if you’d rather order online, newegg.com carries them.

linksys not exspensive at all 20.00 bucks or so at best buy ,office max ect.

Wireless USB adapters are cheap. You can go to http://www.pricewatch.com to find the cheapest, but I would just go to Best Buy as you are noty going to beat their price by much.
