What does 900/1800 MHz mean when the topic is cell phones?
Would a phone that can only work in 900/1800 MHz work in the U.S.? Specifically, Pennsylvania?

Isn’t that only in reference to the processor in the phone? I don’t think cellphones would work at a 900mhz frequency… there would be way too much interference.
