I’m planning a cruise for 2 weeks and can’t live without internet access. How do I go about making sure I have internet access? In fact, how do fishermen on lare boats at sea, use the internet or make cell phone calls? Is it possible with today’s technolgy?
I have a router that gets internet connection upstairs but I want to set up a LAN downstairs. A wire will not reach. What is the best solution to get internet access and network the computers downstairs?
I’m thinking it will have to be some sort of router to router configuration, but I really don’t know…
Is there anyway I can get another router to get internet from my upstairs one and then distribute the connection to computers downstairs via smaller wires?
I have Verizon and am confused on how blackberry’s work versus regular cell phones. If you turn off internet access on a blackberry, you cannot make phone calls or text messages. Why is this? Does their internet function on a different frequency? Can anyone explain how a blackberry works?
are there any t mobile phones that dont require internet access? sort of like the verizon envy or dare, but for t mobile. i want something like a sidekick but i dont want to have to pay for the extra internet access. does anyone knowww?
I’m 24, so I spent most of my childhood without internet access. I remember when it got really popular and dial-up was just so awesome. It occured to me today that I can not for the life of me remember what I did with my down time before I had the internet. I mean, I played some games, hung out with friends, but that’s all I can remember. Weird! The internet has taken over my life, it seems. What did YOU do before the internet?
I was wondering can we play the un-released MAG game on PS3 without internet connection?

my cell is an LG chocolate, and i dont have internet access, but i do have texting. also i do have a cord but when i plug my phone into my computer nothing happens, so i cant use that. so is there any sites that just text you your ringtone without you having to go to the internet to get it??
