set up wireless access point, a DSL modem?
I have a desktop computer and internet that works with my DSL modem. I bought a laptop and now i would like to have wireless internet. Today i bought an access pint linkys WAP11. I need help settign the WAP. after I insserted the setupo CD it sais no wireless accces point detected. but i see in my laptop there is limitted connectivity.. but no internet.
any advice?

Linksys expects one to download the user manual to start installing its product. The manual could have also been included in your CDs If you cannot find one, get it here

one would have to connect the WAP-11 as instructed; otherwise, it would not work. If WAP-11 does not work, then it could be a faulty unit. Return it for an exchange.
