how do you set up a wireless netwrok with D-Link 524 wiresless router with HSPDA?

I tried to setup a wireless network using D-Link 524 Wireless router, with HSPDA, I managed to run the cinfiguration page of at 192.168.0.1, after running the wizzard, I am not able to get to any web pages.can any one help ?

Don’t understand the HSPDA setting and especially the reason you are using it. It is a cell phone protocol for set rate data transfer.
