How do I print to a printer which is connected to a different machine on my wireless network?
I have computer A connected to printer A. Computer A and Computer B are on the same wireless network. I want to be able to print from Computer B to Computer A’s printer. The printer is not wireless, but is connected to Computer A (on the network). I am running Windows XP Home Edition. How can I set it up so I can do this?

Go onto sysetem preferences and go to shared on the computer connected to the printer. after you are in shared check the printer sharing box and selects which printer you want in the little bar and walaa you got it.

What the first person said is right, but with my printer, computer A has to be on for computer B to be able to print

It would be best to connect your printer to your router. That you don’t have to leave computer A turned on just to print papers. Connect the printer to the router and on each computer add the printer ensure the the connection/port type is set to TCP/IP and enter the IP address of the router, save and exit. Now any computer that you add to your network can use the printer just add the printer info on the new PC.

Go into your printer settings and make it "shared" on computer a. then on computer b go to add a printer and search on network. you should see it listed and add it as a printer.
