How can i possibly disallow internet access on my computer after 1 am.?
I do not want my computer used after 1:00 am for internet access. Please tell me how I can achieve this.

go to your router setting… there should be a place where you can allow certain time to access the internet.
Here is a free piece of software. It sounds like it will let you restrict access after 1am.
I have not used this software so YMMV.
