Does the common people in North Korea have access to the internet?
It seems that their country is pretty shut off from everything. Obviously, the N. Korean government have access to the internet. But does the public have complete access to the internet or have access to internet with restriction to certain websites or completely no internet access at all?

Good question! Their neighbors to the south enjoy the Internet.
Being ruled by a communist dictator he determines the rules. I think not!

Maybe the few rich aristocrats living in Pyongyang. I would say that their internet would be restricted to about one or two sites that are run by the government.

Most unlikely!
