Do you have to have internet to use a wireless modem?
Hi, I live in a place where it is veryy expensive to get internet and my mother doesnt have the money, and neither do I. I’m living there for one more year before I get to college. I was wondering if I got a wireless modem through US Cellular, I needed internet to get it in the first place. I’ve got it at my dads 15 minutes away…so thanks!

Look into dial up –It sucks but it’s better than nothing
Look into 3g and 4g networks. It costs $, but it goes over the same networks as the newer style phones do. Or maybe one of your neighbors will let you jump on their wireless.
