D-Link Wireless router problems…?
I have called in D-Link and they told me how to troubleshoot my DIR-615 wireless router and still every time my PlayStation 3 connects to the router the router just stops working. I am not tech savvy at all and my dad is tired of rebooting it which he has done about 10 times. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? PS3 goes on, 2 days later router stops. Can someone please help me? I am so confused and am sick of having a PS3 without internet.

Assign a static IP address to the PS3 (and other computers, if you want). That alone cut my router problems in half.
I don’t have a PS3, but it looks like you also need to set up port forwarding. The first link below has step-by-step instructions.
