I recently reformated my pc and reinstalled windows xp. Now I can not connect to the internet. How can I configure my computer to connect to the internet. Diagnostics states that drivers are installed.
My sister’s laptop has an internet connection, but it shows that internet explorer cannot display the web page in the web browser. She has Windows 7 on the laptop. How can she get the internet working again on her laptop?
Sorry if this question doesn’t make sense, as I don’t know that much about internet settings like these and internet connection with Wii.

I just got an iPod Touch and I’m trying to get onto my neighbor’s wireless internet. And every time I try to get on their internet it asks for a password. Is there any way for me to get onto their internet without a password? And if I can how do I do it?

Please don’t tell me how much it costs for the unlimited plan that includes internet. I do not have that, and do not want to know.

Our computers are growing faster and more powerful by the day. Their rate of growth never ceases to slow. Judging by this mindset of speeds that keep advancing, one would imagine that the internet providers must also keep up a steady rate of growth.
However, it seems if anyone isn’t keeping up with current technology, it is the communication providers. Computers have doubled in speeds, yet DSL and cable internet speeds remain the same for residential consumers as they were 5 years ago.
So how are they going to bring us the advances in residential connection technology that we are bound to receive?
