Can you create an ISO of microsoft activesync and drivers for wireless modem?
Can you create an ISO file of microsoft activesync, wireless device center, and drivers for wireless modem from a phone’s getting started cd, and then access and download those files (not burn them to disc) to another pc?

Yes, you just need to get the correct files copied to another folder. Then use an app. like Imgburn to convert the files to an image. You then will need to use a virtual drive on the other pc, in order to mount the image and use it.
