Can one Wireless Modem cover a whole house?
I know this is a dumb question but my mom is getting wireless internet from comcast, and I just wanted to know.

It depends on how powerfull the Modem is. A standard Modem is built to cover a 3 bedroom house.

Yes, it should do fine, as long as the house isn’t massive. Our router covers our whole house and 10m down the garden too.

the signal will cover your hose… however it really depends on how many wireless ports your router can support at a time vs. how many devices you’re trying to connect wireless.

Yes, a single wireless modem can provide coverage for a whole house. If it’s really big, or if you plan on logging in from outside, you may want to add an access point.
