Can i connect directly the 2 wire from phone to my modem to access internet?
Actually, telephone wire is crossing in my room window. I’ll be planning connecting 2 terminals (by clipping it) going to the modem. It is possible that the internet access will work? How about the billing from the owner of the phone, is the phone bill affected?
Had made an inspection here and found 2 houses had been connected with others house. I don’t know if they permitted but seems it is illegal.

I don’t think that their phone bill will be affected at all because I believe they pay their DSL connection in a monthly basis and for the connection, it will work but then you have to ask permission from the owner of the line because in the first place, you would not be able to access the internet without their username and password. Ü
