I am looking for simple wireless ethernet bridge that will allow me to connect a ethernet switch to a wireless network. I have some signal loss issues with two of three g adapters in the same room and this solution seems easiest, but would like to hear about good and bad experieces with these devices.
What I want to do is to remove the wireless adapters from 3 computers entirely. I will then wire them via ethernet to a switch. I want a device that will act as a wireless client to bridge to my existing wireless/wired network in the next building. The signal loss is due to intervening external and internal walls. I want to use the one place in the room that does have a good signal.
Im having a hard time finding a wireless adapter that has drivers for Vista. I have several wireless routers that i dont use and I figured if I could configure one of them as a bridge I wouldnt have to buy one
Is there a way to configure a 2nd wireless router as a wireless to ethernet bridge? If so can you tell me how or give me a url I would be greatful

I get wireless access on my laptop, but when I try to connect my xbox to the laptop through the ethernet cord, my laptop trys to gain internet access through the ethernet, not the wireless signal, to gain the wireless signal back, I have to disable the ethernet connection, which stops the computer from communicating with the xbox. Is there a bridge to use both at the same time?
Will the Audiovox SMT5600 work within the 900 mhz bandwidth??
